Not at all. Many of our adult students start with little to no fitness background. Krav Maga is designed to meet you where you are and help you improve over time. You’ll build strength, stamina, and mobility as you train—while learning real-world self-defense skills.

Is Krav Maga too intense for beginners?

Absolutely not. Our instructors are experts at tailoring the training to suit all experience levels. Whether you're new to martial arts or returning after a long break, you’ll find a welcoming and supportive environment. We focus on progress—not perfection.

Can Krav Maga really help me in real-world situations?

How often should I train?
